Request deletion of your child's account
Temu does not sell products for purchase by children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from users who are under the age of 13. However, if we become aware that we have unintentionally collected personal data from a child under the age of 13, we will delete the information from our records.
If you believe that your child has created an account or otherwise provided us with personal data, you can request deletion of your child’s account and their personal information using this form.
If you proceed, Temu will delete the data and content in your account in accordance with applicable law and as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes communication records, files, and images, as well as any unused coupons and credits, which will no longer be usable after the account is deleted.
Before permanently deleting your child’s account, you may want to:
1. Review your child’s account and make sure to save any information in your child’s account that you need for your records.
2. Check that there are no incomplete or post-sale orders or ongoing processes in your child’s account, as you will not have access to them after you delete the account.
3. Use any available coupons and credits before deleting your child’s account, as they will not be available anymore once the account is deleted.
