We also love the fact that it folds up and can be put away when you're done using. Also, it is light enough to carry around if need be. We love the fact that we can do this while watching TV, and we get a good lower workout. I have been losing weight but wanting something for my legs and lower body, and this is amazing. I highly recommend it. It says it holds 220 pounds, I am 5'4 ", and 197 pounds. It holds me well. He weighs 160, so obviously, it holds great for him to. We are thinking of purchasing another one for a gift for someone we know.
