I was surprised how well the stars & moons stay attached to the mesh fabric.
Update 8/7/2023 today I decided to experiement. So I took a long lost single sock I purchased from Newport News years ago that are no longer in business, I cut out a section in proper length & width, I wrapped it around the clamp that attached the end sticks to the broom, & using a super hot glue gun attached it. I then wrapped this cut fabric folded in half around then I glued yet again. After I added a bit of twine rope for accent purposes & hit it with the glue gun as well to seal in the end tassles. Me thinks it turned out well. I will post a pic when my costume is complete. ;)
