File a Return
Select the item(s) you would like to return on “Your orders” page and click the "Return/Refund" button. Please share your reason for return to help us serve you better next time! Select the return method and click “Submit”.

Print the Return Label
Click "Print" to print the label and tape the return label on the outside of your return package. Simply mail out the package at your nearest EVRI,Royal Mail,Yodel!
The first return of one or multiple returnable items for EVERY order is free! The return window for most items is 90 days from the date of purchase. All eligible items can be returned within the return window in their original condition for a full refund. To avoid additional shipping costs of multiple returns, we suggest that you select the items you wish to return together. Please send the package within 14 days after you submit your return.
