There are a few reasons why your credit balance may be smaller which include, but are not limited to:
- You may have a pending transaction for an order that was submitted but hasn't been paid yet. In this case, credits may already be deducted from your credit balance and applied to the pending order payment. To restore your credit balance, you may simply cancel your order and the credits will be returned to your Temu account.
- Your credits may have been cancelled if you obtained a chargeback or transaction reversal for an order or item return that had already been refunded to you in the form of Temu Credit.
